Service and help

We pride ourselves on the friendly and prompt service we offer to our tenants. If you ever have any problems, or anything needs fixing or maintaining, all you have to do is call. The landlord lives close to the site, and can be with you in minutes most of the day.

We retain maintenance and service contractors to ensure tenants receive quick service, should any repairs be necessary.

Full power back-up

We maintain an on-site generator to give you complete continuity of normal working should there be a problem with the mains power supply.

We also maintain a high-capacity UPS (universal power supply) back-up for our Superfast Broadband network. This avoids any problems with power spikes and interruptions, and guarantees a soft shutdown in any situation.

Contracts and Responsibilities 

Central contracts are held by the landlords for the following:

  • buildings insurance
  • central heating oil

Tenants are responsible for all contents insurance, utilities and telecoms contracts.

A managed CCTV service for the site (external only) is maintained by the landlords.
